There’s a Research Guide for every department and school at UBC – from Aboriginal Studies to Zoology
Use a Research Guide to find
- a list of databases for discipline-specific journal articles. Look for the tab labeled “Articles” or “Databases”.
- specialized encyclopedias, handbooks, etc. An excellent place to get started on your research – find terms, theories, scholars, topic overviews, etc.
- and more . . .
To navigate to Research Guides from the Library homepage.
- From the “Get Research Help” drop-down menu, choose “Research Guides”
- Enter the title of a UBC department into the search box, for example, “History.”
