Asian Heritage Month

Every May since the early 2000s, Canadian government and citizens celebrate the contributions made by Canadians of Asian descent during the Asian Heritage Month. In a country that prides itself on its diversity and multiculturalism, immigrants from East, South, Southeast, Central and Western Asia have been a continuous source of cultural, scientific, economic and social growth and prosperity. This year’s theme is “Continuing a legacy of greatness”.
