Multi -Disciplinary Graduate Student Writing Community

Experience shows that it is easier (and more pleasant) to get your thesis written when you do two things:

  1. Write regularly
  2. Are part of a writing group or community

Our peer-facilitated writing community gives you the opportunity to do both; Monday meetings with a Peer Writing Consultant from the Centre for Writing and Scholarly Communication give you a chance to work out writing goals for the week, ask questions, share best practices, and connect with your peers. Throughout the week, engage in a facilitated online space that allows you to ask questions, keep each other accountable, and share your work for feedback if you wish. The goal of this community is to offer support, engagement with your peers in other programs, and extra accountability to keep you writing until your thesis is done.

On Mondays, beginning September 26. Register here.
